To design a truly unique experience for a roof top bar and create the feel and ambiance of an open roof top garden setting with the design to offer complete views to the open sky and the flexibility to provide shelter on rainy days or hot weather. The Louvretec 220 Retract system was used in conjunction with large steel frames to support the multiple bay arrays and provide the design with the spans required for these large openings. Rain sensors integrated so the system will close automatically in the event of rainy weather. A total of six wide bays where used to allow different roof sections to be either fully open, closed or partly closed in order to customised the garden setting and suit the mood of the day.
